PLEASE NOTE - Transcripts are available for those who completed courses after 2008. If you graduated prior to this date, it is advisable to contact the Academic Registry by email: [email protected] before making a payment. Please note that transcripts requested for awards dated prior to 2000 may not be available.
Orders will be processed within 5 days of receipt. For electronic transcripts, these will be sent via email. For postal orders, these are sent via the Royal Mail, tracked and signed and take up to 1 week for UK delivery and up to 4 weeks if you are outside the UK. There is an additional option for Overseas Express Delivery in which case your transcript will be dispatched via DHL, this will take 3-4 days as opposed to the Royal Mail delivery time of up to 4 weeks.

The Parchment tubes can either be collected in person from University of Sunderland or posted to the UK, Europe and Rest of World, please select the correct postal option when selecting your product, Please note recorded delivery is for UK addresses only. No replacement certificates will be printed until 1st March 2022
A replacement parchment if an original has been lost or destroyed.
This is for Graduates of the University of Sunderland only, who completed their award after 1992. You can only purchase a replacement certificate if your original has been lost or destroyed.
Under no circumstances will additional copies or replacements be issued to any applicant holding an original parchment. Replacements while having precisely the same standing as the originals which they replace, are produced in the format currently in use and may not be a facsimile copy of the original.
The applicant must provide either (a) the damaged or defaced parchment or (b) a completed declaration setting out fully the circumstances in which the parchment was lost or destroyed, including an undertaking that, should a replacement be issued, it will be returned if the original is subsequently found.
Payment by debit/creditcard.
Refunds will only be given if the order is cancelled before the certificate is produced. Please Note: If you have an outstanding debt to the University of Sunderland you may not be eligible to receive an offical certificate.
Replacement certificates are posted via first class mail (UK Only) or by standard airmail only. There is an optional additional payment of £15.00 for DHL, tracked delivery.
You should expect to receive a replacement certificate within 14 working days if you are within the UK or 12 weeks if you are outside of the UK. Please allow extra time during our busiest periods of June, July Nov & Dec).
