Your campus card is your University identification card – you need it to borrow books from the library, register your attendance, access some buildings and facilities, and it is also proof that you are a student and can be used for free travel between Sunderland campus' on our Connect bus and Students' Union minibus services. You must ensure your term-time contact address is updated in eVision before you order a replacement card.
Please ensure you are eligible for a Campus Card before ordering.
Campus cards are posted to your UK term-time address. Before you order a replacement card please check your term time address is up to date and includes details such as room, flat, floor & building numbers etc. You can check your term time address details and update them in eVision.
If you do not have a UK term time address you are not eligible for a Campus Card.
Please note Sunderland Online students are not eligible for a Campus Card for additional details contact your Student Success Coordinator.
If you order a Campus Card and are not eligible no refund will be processed.
It can take 10 working days for your replacement campus card to be processed and posted.
