Sign up for this membership and as a current member of staff at the University of Sunderland you will be able to use the CitySpace Fitness Suite an unlimited number of times during the opening periods. 

This membership includes free induction and access to support and advice from our qualified fitness instructors, as well as, access to fitness classes free of charge.

The Fitness Suite is open Monday to Friday 7.00am til 10.00pm and 9.00am til 8.00pm on weekends.
