NPQP Nissan Product Quality Procedure V1.0

In support of Nissan and as part of their ongoing programme to improve the management of new product introduction we are pleased to advise you of the latest updates regarding training in the Nissan Product Quality Procedure (NPQP).

As stated in NPQP Version 1.0, "Each supplier will be required to nominate at least one Supplier NPQP Representative (S.N.R) for their organisation." In order to become a S.N.R, the nominated person must successfully complete an NPQP training course.

Supplier NPQP training courses are being provided by the University of Sunderland’s Faculty of Business and Technology Faculty of Technology | The University of Sunderland on behalf of Nissan in Europe. The School of computing Science and Engineering are the only recognised NPQP training supplier to Nissan Europe for English Language courses. The details for the programme are:

Location:　Online via Teams

Duration:　2.5 days

Cost:　　  £700 plus VAT total £840

Times:      Day 1- 14:00 to 17:00

                Day 2 - 9:00 to 17:00

                Day 3 - 9:00 to 17:00 

NPQP Course - Learning Outcomes

* Understand NPQP structure and concepts

* Be able to use the NPQP website

* Understand the purpose and customer expectations for the NPQP activities

* Understand how NPQP fits into the Nissan new product development process

Dates available for 2025/6 - Courses will be delivered via Teams

February 2025: 11th, 12th and 13th

March 2025: 11th, 12th and 13th

April 2025: 8th, 9th and 10th

May 2025: 13th, 14th and 15th

June 2025: 10th, 11th and 12^th

July 2025: 15th, 16th and 17th
