Questions to ask yourself prior to making payment

1. Are you an enrolled and continuing student? (e.g., repeating modules or extending your visa to complete a full-time course?)

2. Has International Student Support (ISS) planned a CAS process for you, which is available via Compass ticket?

3. If yes, have you agreed to the terms and conditions of your ISS CAS process?

If your answer to each question is yes, you can proceed by paying your CAS fee.

If you have answered no to any of these questions, do not pay this CAS fee.

Detailed Description

This CAS is for current University of Sunderland students requiring a student visa extension in order to complete their current course of study. If you are enrolled as a University of Sunderland student requiring a visa extension and have not yet started the process please begin the process in Compass.

If you are an applicant and you have received a conditional offer, you must refer to your conditional offer letter. If you have started a CAS process for your admission, you must log onto your CAS Shield portal and follow the instructions provided. Otherwise, you must contact your agent, university overseas office or the International Office with your admission enquiry.
